Because sometimes, your trip ends before the in-flight movie does, and you really don’t want to ask the pilot to circle the airport just so you can catch the finale.Because sometimes, you fall asleep watching a mediocre rental, and would rather return it on time than pay two more bucks just to see the end.Because sometimes, your TiVo timer didn’t get it quite right, and cut off the crucial final minutes of something that won’t get shown again for six months.Because sometimes, you’re not interested in seeing that movie everyone’s talking about but are dying to know what the hubbub is about anyway.Because sometimes, you vaguely remember an old movie that had some sort of plot twist at the end of it, but can’t remember what it was.Because sometimes, the surprise “spoiler” ending is the only reason you’d pay $11 to see what is otherwise a turkey of a film.In his madness, feeling betrayed and realizing he will never have her, Jackson kills them both. Another shot is heard and she goes silent. The screen goes black and we hear Alexsandra scream in horror. Guillermo pleads for him to stop, that no one else has to die. Returning her husband, Guillermo (Jose Zuniga), he and Jackson find themselves in a standoff. Alexsandra tricks him into kissing her then shoots him once with one of his own guns.
I liked Finding Paradise but it was by far the weakest of the three for me. Jackson arrives and kills many men including Alexsandra’s brother.įinally confronting her, Alexsandra asks why he did what he did, considering she already had a husband. Finding Paradise Its very close between To The Moon and Impostor Factory though to be honest - I think given time I could see it eclipsing the original for me. She and the other men that “took” her race to their family estate to hide. When Jackson confronts his “wife” Alexsandra (Camilla Belle) she is frightened by him, and we find our that Jackson kidnapped her (and perhaps other women).
Jackson kills many people including his former comrade Benjamin Carver (Danny Glover). The mysterious stranger, Erza (Walton Goggins) that had been stalking him, is actually his violent, psychotic personality doing the killings. Jackson, in actuality, is a mentally unstable Civil War veteran, driven insane by his actions during the war and the accidental shooting of his younger brother. After being lead to believe that Jackson (Scott Eastwood) is on a noble mission to save his kidnapped wife, the truth is revealed.
